Managing securised pages
This feature enable you to secure pages of your website. You can create and allow users who will access to specific pages of your website. A lock will appear next to this page's title in the menu to indicate that this page is secured. When the user clicks on this page, a login window will appear. He will have to enter his password and email address, previously sent to him by email.

Add a user
To manage your secured page, please click on manage secured pages in your website administration after login in to your extranet.
  1. To add a user, click on Add a user
  2. A window will open, showing the blank user profile for which you want to create an access
  3. Choose the user's language
  4. In the Last name field, enter the user's name
  5. In the First name field, enter the user's first name
  6. In the Email field, enter the user's e-mail
  7. In the Password field, choose a password for this user. Passwords must contain a minimum of 6 characters. Avoid spaces and punctuations.
  8. In the Password confirmation field, please confirm the password you chose above
  9. Check the Send the connexion data to the user via email right away box, if you wish to send the user his connexion data as soon as you add him. Note that you can send it later if the secured page is not ready or publish.
  10. Then select the pages in the list for which you want to grant this user access
  11. To validate the profile, click on Add
  12. The username will be added to the list of users for your secured pages.
You can add as many users as you need
Create a user group
This feature is very useful to give access to a page to a group of person. To create a group :
  1. Check the I want to use to use user groups under the secured page table
  2. A new group tab will appear above the managing table,
  3. Click on Group
  4. Then click on add a group
  5. Enter a name for this group
  6. Enter a description for this group
  7. Then add users to this group by checking the appropriate cases next to the user's name.
  8. Check the pages for which you want to grant access to this group
