This modules will allow you to add a form to your site. You can use this module to take orders, receive email, reservations subscriptions or any other form.
To add a form module to your website, you will need to click on the Add a module icon, in the main toolbar of the editor. Once you clicked on Add a module, choose Form.
notice : Everytime you go to the next tab, your modifications are saved.
Title & Design tab
In the T
itle & Design tab, here are your options :
- You can choose to use a title for your module by checking the I want a title box
-If you choose to use a title, you will have to type the title in the Title field.
- Choose your module's design among the three designs available. The design example are shown with the title box checked. The green check marks the selected design.

Form tab
In the
Form tab, here are your options :
The default form already has prefilled lines. To add new fields, you can click on
Add a line. This widow will open :
Add a field
- To add a field, you have to select which type of field you would like to add among the follwing choices :
- Short text : A body of text that has a maximum of 200 characters
- Long text : A body of text that has a maximum of 2000 characters
- Email: Only emails will be accepted (ex.: name@SiteName.com)
- Numbers : Only numbers are allowed in this type of field
- Date : This type of field only accepts dates
- Drop down window : This field will enable to select one choice in a list (illimited choices)
- Check box : A list of multiple choices where you can check as many choices as you wish.
- Select box : A list of multiple choices where only one choice can be selected at a time.
- In the Text column, type the name of the field
- In the Required field, check the box if this field is required. The visitor won't be able to send the form if this field is empty.
- Click on the green check to save your settings and add the new line or click on the red cross to cancel the new line.
Edit the form's lines
- To edit a line, click on the green pen
- To delete a line, click on the trash can.
- To change the position of an element, use the arrows.
- Click the Next Step button for more options.

Settings tab
In the
Settings tab, here are your options
- Type the email address to which the form will be sent in the Your email field.
- Type the title of the email sent in the Email object field.

- To further edit your module, go back to the appropriate tab.
- To add the module to your site, click Add module
